Sarah has worked in the public school system as a Special Education Teacher, Special Education Department Chair, and Instructional Mentor for many years. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Education. Her experiences working within the public school and collaborating with parents led her to become impassioned about real advocacy and empowering all IEP members to partner with her on each child's journey. This carries over into her work here at I. SPEAK Resources..
She is proud to have created kindness and inclusion programming in her school in 2017. Creating a curriculum focused on kindness to self, kindness to others, kindness to animals and kindness to the earth, Sarah later partnered with members of the community to implement the programming throughout her district. More schools are adopting the curriculum and mission of this programming.
